"I really love this place. It is impeccably clean and perfectly and professionally managed by Fay. Cally is seriously the best injector. You will NOT regret having Cally as your injector. Full disclosure, she’s my cousins wife but Cally is SO TALENTED and knowledgeable and professional. Her touch is incredibly light and precise. For me, she has done facial Botox in masseters, chin, forehead and frown lines. I have also had her do subcutaneous threads and some fillers. I’ll never go to anyone else.(But, I assure you this is not a nepotism review! I have been seeing aesthetician injectors for almost 10 years now for tox and moderate fillers. I was going to a different fancy-pants injector in Holladay for YEARS — until that injector got sloppy and kept on messing up and going too deep with the tox needles. My smile was messed up for 6 months. Then I swear that injector and her assistant were high one of the last times I went in and just did a sloppy job so I had her fix what she could and then I never went back.)So, then I decided to give Cally a chance. The first time I had Cally inject my masseters I was shocked — there was almost no pain!! I was so accustomed to it hurting so bad due to my prior injector. Again, if you’re looking for a qualified, professional, skilled, talented injector then Cally’s your girl. And if you want a lovely, relaxing, professional medspa location then Skin Lumi is your spa. 🥰"
"If you’ve been considering visiting this spa and/or getting the Sofwave done, do it! The staff was super knowledgeable and super friendly. They didn’t pressure me for more procedures or try to get me to buy skincare products. I was considering getting a mini-facelift, but I learned about Sofwave. I also considered Morpheus 8, but with current lawsuits and melasma issues with ethnic skin, I decided not to go that direction. I was happy to find that Skinlumi offers this procedure. Sofwave wasnt too painful, especially with numbing cream. I immediately noticed a difference in tightness and fine lines, day 1! I’m excited to see the final results in 6 weeks. Best part, no melasma, only 1 treatment needed, and no downtime. My genetic neck lines have dramatically improved, with just 1 session. I didn’t expect results so quickly, so this was a nice surprise. Cally was my nurse. She was very patient and listened to my concerns and addressed them during my procedure. Faye was so sweet and helped me find an eye cream. She even offered a refund within 2 weeks if the product didn’t work for my sensitive skin, which is really unheard of in a med spa. I’m definitely going back for my hydrafacials and other asthetic needs."

The flexibility and accommodating nature of their team truly stand out. Whether I need to reschedule an appointment or have specific requests, they always make it work without any hassle.The membership itself is fantastic, offering great value for the services provided and allow you to bank your balance I stead of “use is or lose it” which is the reason why I left my previous spa. In my opinion, they offer the best facials in town! What sets them apart is that their facials include a delightful foot massage, which is a rarity and such a wonderful touch.Marlene, the esthetician, is simply the best. "Cally was very sweet and took her time explaining everything that she would be doing. She told me what she would recommend, but didn’t try to pressure me into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with or going overboard on my Botox. It’s been about 2 and a half weeks and I’m loving my results so far."

They are a high-end, white glove spa that distinguishes itself by providing a comprehensive consultation including a detailed long term plan for all your aesthetic needs. They listen to your concerns and help clarify what treatments will actually address and improve concerns long term. Skin Lumi is interested in maintaining clientele by offering them rejuvenating solutions such as PRF and EZ Gel alongside traditional neurotoxin and HA filler maintenance. "I’ve received a hydrafacial and dysport here. The girls are friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is clean and decorated very cute. I like that they send appointment confirmations and reminders as well. During one of my appointments, their machine had broke down and had to be replaced. This caused me to have to reschedule my appointment but they made up for it with free product and complimentary dermaplaning. I’ll continue to use their services."

Omg I’ve never done anything like this before to my face and spending $199 plus my skin care recommendations that was offered after my facial clean was all worth paying. "My entire experience was so positive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff was professional and warm. I’m a bit of the nervous type, but Cristina was so kind and patient with me. "Well, where should I start? It was absolutely AMAZING!!!! It was such a delightful and relaxing experience. It's my first time doing HydraFacial tbh, and I was still very nervous upon arrival even though I did some research beforehand. The whole place is brand new, but everyone is so professional! Upon arrival, Fay welcomed me warmly and explained everything to me. She was so patient and sweet and made me feel very understood. I explained my situation to her and asked her soooo many questions. She patiently answered every single one of them! I loved her transparency and directness! Fay then introduced me to my facial hygienist, Christin, and thoroughly explained the following steps. Christin was so experienced and caring! Trust me, Christin is definitely the BEST! Christin took me to this private, yet cozy spa room. Everything was so clean and thoroughly sanitized. She probed professionally and asked me about my concerns and expectations. The most important thing is you can tell that she listens!! She really cared about my feelings and my concerns! Throughout the facial, she explained every step to me and asked for permission before moving forward, which I was very grateful for. Christian explained that because it was my first time doing HydraFacial, she wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable. The whole experience was relaxing and phenomenal! I even fell asleep lol. Loved it and would highly recommend it!"
